HOW WE BEGAN...

Established in 1987 by Fran Williams, Williams & Associates Inc. was the result of a split between Riddle & Williams, which began in 1981.  With over 10 years experience in the industry at the time the company was founded, Fran's goal was to build a team that included both a prominent outside presence in our market along with a strong inside sales force which would allow customers to get product information, quotes, and order entries both quickly and precisely.  That mission, combined with the relationships built by our vigorous outside sales team has enabled Williams & Associates to become what it is today - a leading manufacturers representative across the state of Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.

Now being led by the next generation, Fran's children are carrying on that same mission.  His son, Austin, has taken on the reigns leading day-to-day operations and is using the knowledge he has gained over the past 20 years he's been at Williams & Associates to carry on the commitment, fortitude, loyalty, and customer support we have become known for.

Our energetic, tight-knit sales force feels more like a family than just a group of employees.  Our team of 15 has over 170 years of combined experience in the Plumbing/HVAC industry.  We pride ourselves in the knowledge we possess of the products we represent.  We strive to provide exceptional customer service along with building & maintaining strong relationships with our clients - both old & new.  We understand our customers' needs and are not afraid to get in the trenches to get the job done.  Our vision for the future is to carry on the commitment to our customers and uphold their faith in us by maintaining superior knowledge of service, products, and people.
